we had a really good time here and would return there. everything was nice, with very hard working and really helpful staff, exceeded high expectations. booked a room on the top floors. the location was comfortable - just off the historical downtown area, restaurants in the area and pubs.

Location couldn't be better for access to local attractions-plenty of shops and trolleys easily accessed right from the hotel. The African Oasis jacuzzi suite features a fine view of a thick hillside and wildlife.

The shower head hangs pretty low, which might not work for those a bit taller. The walls are on the thin side was great, although we had a quiet stay thanks to considerate guests. The pool area looked inviting, but we couldn't use it since it was closed for the season during our late October stay.

Great hotel with great wi-fi, a helpful 24-hour reception, and secure on-site parking. Staff once guided me to amazing local spots. I highly recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed relaxing in the heated outdoor pool and sipping coffee on my private balcony. The room was comfy, and there was a nice garden area to unwind in. One small downside was a lack of electrical outlets, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Wi-Fi was fast and free parking was convenient, but fitness center was small.

Had a blast with my friends! Perfect spot near downtown and a fun 10-minute drive from the Great Passion Play. The place is clean, comfy beds, and the outdoor heated pool was a hit. Loved chilling on the rocking chairs outside too. The staff was super friendly and helped with extra pillows. Definitely walking distance to main attractions! Can't wait to go back.

The place could use some updates, like more electrical outlets. It wasn't a huge deal, but it made charging devices a bit tricky.

Clean and comfy rooms with air conditioning, wireless internet, and all the essentials like an alarm clock & telephone. The staff is super friendly, offering great local tips. The heated outdoor pool was a perfect spot to relax after exploring nearby attractions. Walking distance to downtown was a big plus.

We had a great weekend enjoying the short walks to Basin Spring Park and the Eureka Springs Historical Museum, and the owners were fantastic and really took good care of their guests .
